Winter Olympics For Toddlers

Now... Here is how you make extra cold winter days better!! We created our own winter Olympics! Fun!!

First, we started out by assembling gold medals, which consisted of:
1. Yarn
2. Yellow construction paper
3. Glitter
4. Glue

Second, we made the Olympic torch which consisted of:
1. Empty paper towel roll
2. Orange and yellow construction paper
3. Glue

Third, we made the Olympic symbol which consisted of:
1. Red, blue, green, yellow, and black construction paper
2. Glue

Then, we went outside and carried the torch into the ceremony. I made a little race too by cutting a long piece of yarn and putting a "Start" and "Finish" sign on each end. We even wore bib numbers too, and Harry was number #1. Ha! We took turns running the race! Harry won too!! Wooooo!! Harry earned his gold medal outside.

Then we went back inside the house for a ball toss! We set up plastic cups, and you had to knock them over with a ball!

The Winter Olympic games were a lot of fun for us!!! :)
