Since Harry is allergic to all nuts, it is very important for us to know what foods are safe for him... We periodically review his allergies too. Last week, we went a food label hunt for safe foods. Harry can read now, so I thought it was a good idea to review his allergies again. We found foods that were safe and food that were not safe. Now, there are other foods that don't necessarily say "nut free" on the labels, and they are okay to eat. You just have to check with the company.
