Glow in the dark cupcakes!

Glow in the dark cupcakes?! Yes! Well, technically it is just the frosting. It's super easy to make too!!

Needed:
1 container of vanilla frosting
3 drops of green food coloring
1 cup of tonic water

**You also need unfrosted cupcakes. Any kind will work.**

What to do:
1. Mix everything in a large bowl.
2. Frost the cupcakes.
3. Refrigerate or freeze them so the frosting hardens a little bit.
4. Place under a black light, and you have glow in the dark cupcakes!

**Tonic water glows under black light!!**
